Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Simply Scents candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

  • Candles must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, burned or used candles cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@simplyscentsbyshan.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days
  4. Pack items securely and ship within 7 days of receiving approval

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
  • No need to return damaged items
