Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Simply Scents candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
- Candles must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- For safety and hygiene reasons, burned or used candles cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@simplyscentsbyshan.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days
- Pack items securely and ship within 7 days of receiving approval
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
- No need to return damaged items
